Technology constantly makes our life easier and more complicated. University Information Technology Services (UITS) provides Indiana University with technological services and support. Student no longer have to go through so much hassle because UITS offers the best technological support.

We found it best to market to freshman and incoming students in hopes of giving them the information at the beginning of their college experience. The target audience should connect with the humorous touch to the common lock out.
The use of slang and jargon is the best way to connect with our young audience members. The slang produces a consistent and easily identifiable tone of voice for the target audience.
Our research tells us over 50% of students do not know what UITS is or what they offer. Here we hope to highlight their tech security services and programs.
Most young adults between the ages of 16-22 are more likely to engage with TikTok and other forms of video content such as Instagram reels and Facebook clips. In order to raise awareness for UITS we kept a consistent humorous tone across multiple media channels with a brief message.
With so many services to choose from we used client feedback to narrow down the number of programs we wanted to advertise. Our clients stressed the benefit of Duo Mobile, IU Notify, printer access and several other services discussed in the campaign.
